Refund policy
Before making a return or making a complaint, remember about our individual tailoring service! Thanks to our own tailoring workshop, we are able to adapt the clothes to you by e.g. shortening or narrowing the product. Find out more HERE.
Returns
You have 14 days to make a return calendar days from the moment you receive the package.

1. PACK THE PRODUCTS AND COMPLETE THE FORM
Inside the package you received, there should be a return form (if you don't have it, you can download it here). Fill it out, check that all the data is correct and put it inside the returned package.

2. SEND THE PRODUCTS TO THE INDICATED ADDRESS
In the case of returning the received goods, the products should be sent to the following address:

Please be advised that we do not accept parcels sent on delivery or with collection at a parcel locker or the Polish Post.
The goods should have manufacturer's labels attached and be clean, properly packed and secured.

3. WAIT FOR REFUND
The refund will take place immediately, you will receive the money no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to the warehouse. You will be notified via SMS about the withdrawal of money. Transaction costs are refunded by bank transfer. In the case of payment on delivery to the account number indicated in the form.
Please be advised that goods purchased in bulk (orders executed on a VAT invoice with a tax identification number) are non-returnable. However, goods purchased retail with a VAT invoice issued may be subject to return.
Complaints
