Returns / Withdrawal from the contract
In the case of returning the received goods,
products should be sent to the following address:

41-506 Chorzów Batory
along with the completed complaint form, which is in the package.
Please be advised that we do not accept parcels sent by Poczta Polska, sent with cash on delivery or with collection at a parcel locker.
The goods should be clean, properly packed and secured.
You have 14 calendar days to return the package from the moment you receive the package.
Please be advised that the goods purchased in bulk (orders made on a VAT invoice with a tax identification number) are not returnable.
 
Complaints

Complaints are considered in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
