The online store available at www.chiarawear.com is run by Sara Tomiczek, running a business under the name Sara Tomiczek, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, having the address of the main place of business: ul. Łukasińskiego 14, 41-506 Chorzów, NIP: 6272651312, REGON: 243311105, e-mail address: chiara.poland@gmail.com, telephone number: 723743062, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
Regulations of the online store available at the internet address www.chiarawear.com defines the terms and conditions of using the Online Store and the method of providing electronic services by the Seller and concluding sales contracts via the Online Store, including the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer as well as the complaint procedure.
The sale of Goods in the Store is conducted only for Entrepreneurs.
The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Regulations is the Seller. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and based on the principles set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Online Store website www.chiarawear.com. Providing personal information is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the Seller has, inter alia, the right to inspect their content and the right to update and correct them.

- Online chat - an electronic service that uses the Messenger application operated by the Facebook social network that allows direct contact with the customer.
- Order fulfillment time - the time during which the Order is completed by the Seller and then issued to a specific carrier, this time does not include the delivery time (the time between the delivery of the Order to the carrier and its release to the Customer).
- Business day - one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Contact form - an interactive form enabling customers to contact the Seller.
- Registration form - an interactive form available in the Online Store that allows you to create a Customer Account.
- Order form - an interactive form available in the Online Store that allows you to place an Order, in particular by adding the Goods to the electronic basket and defining the terms of the Contract for the sale of the Goods with the Seller.
- Client:
- a) a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable law, also a natural person with limited legal capacity,
- b) legal person,
- c) an organizational unit without legal personality, the law of which grants legal capacity,
- who has concluded or intends to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller - in connection with the business or professional activity, and who uses or intends to use the Electronic Service.
- Civil Code - the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as the Civil Code
- Customer Account - Electronic Service, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Customer, a set of data in the Seller's ICT system, which collects data provided by the Customer, including contact information and the history of Orders placed in the Online Store.
- Newsletter - an Electronic Service provided by the Seller via e-mail, which allows all customers using it to subscribe and automatically receive cyclical, free information by e-mail, e.g. about new products, promotions.
- Entrepreneur - a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf.
- Regulations - these Regulations of the online store.
- Online Store - the Seller's online store available at the website address www.chiarawear.com
- Seller - Sara Tomiczek.
- Goods - movables available in the Online Store that are the subject of the Sales Agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
- Sales contract - a contract for the sale of the Goods concluded or concluded remotely between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store.
- Distance contract - a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer as part of an organized system of concluding distance contracts, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the sole use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
- Electronic service - a service provided electronically by the Seller to the Customer via the Online Store.
- Order - Customer's declaration of will submitted via the Online Store, using the Order Form, aimed at concluding a Contract for the sale of the Goods with the Seller, specifying in particular its terms, as well as the type and quantity of the Goods, method and cost of delivery, form of payment and the Customer's data necessary to perform the contract .
- 2 General Provisions
- The regulations are continuously available on the website www.chiarawear.com, In a way that allows each user to obtain, reproduce and record its content by printing or saving on a carrier at any time.
- The Regulations are addressed to Entrepreneurs using the Online Store (i.e. customers who perform legal actions directly related to their business or professional activity).
- The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Regulations is the Seller. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and based on the principles set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Online Store website.
- The Seller declares that he complies with all the rules for the protection of personal data of customers provided for by law.
- Providing personal information is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the Seller has the right to inspect their content and the right to update and correct them.
- The Customer agrees to the collection, storage and processing of personal data by the Seller for purposes directly related to the implementation of the service or Good ordered in the Online Store. Detailed conditions for the collection, processing and protection of personal data by the Seller are set out in the Privacy Policy of the Online Store.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Online Store and the services offered by the Seller through it in a manner consistent with the provisions of law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, the principles of social coexistence, with respect for personal rights as well as copyrights and intellectual property of the Seller and persons third. It is forbidden for the user or the customer to provide illegal content.
- The seller ensures protection of electronic communication and digital content by using technical and organizational measures to protect them. At the same time, the Seller indicates that the use of the Internet and services provided electronically may be at risk of malicious software penetrating the ICT system and the Customer's device, as well as unauthorized access to the Customer's data by third parties. In order to minimize the risks, the Client should apply appropriate technical security measures.
- The Goods may only be purchased by the Customer who has his place of residence or seat in the territory of the Republic of Poland, another Member State of the European Union or outside the territory of the European Union.
- As part of the Store, you can purchase the so-called Outlet goods. In terms of the disclosed and described defects of the Outlet Good (so-called Disclosed Defects), the Seller is
released from liability under the warranty and guarantee upon sale.
- All information about the Goods and Services provided by the Seller via the Online Store (including: descriptions, prices of the Goods) provided on the website of the Online Store, do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Civil Code, but the invitation to conclude a contract specified in Art. 71 of the Civil Code
- The prices of the Goods available on the Online Store website are expressed in Polish zlotys and in euro and include VAT.
- The prices of the Goods are available only after registering or logging in to the Customer Account.
- Using the Online Store means any activity of the Customer that leads to the Customer becoming familiar with all the content posted on the Online Store website.
- The online store has the right to organize occasional contests and promotions, the terms of which will be each time provided on the website of the online store.
- Product promotions organized via the Online Store cannot be combined, unless the regulations of a given promotion provide otherwise.
- 3 Services provided electronically
- The Seller provides, via the Online Store, the following free Services: Online Chat, Contact Form, Registration Form, Order Form, Account, Newsletter.
- The use of all Electronic Services available in the Online Store (conclusion of a contract for the provision of electronic services) is voluntary and free of charge.
- Using the Online Store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
- a) a computer, laptop or other multimedia device with Internet access,
- b) access to e-mail,
- c) a web browser that supports cookies (Mozilla Firefox version 17.0 and higher, Internet Explorer version 10.0 and higher, Opera version 12.0 and higher, Google Chrome version 23.0 and higher, Safari version 5.0 and higher, Microsoft Edge in version 25.10586.0.0 and higher),
- d) recommended minimum screen resolution: 1024x768,
- e) enabling cookies and JavaScript support in the web browser.
- The customer pays fees related to access to the Internet and data transmission in accordance with the tariff of his Internet service provider.
- The services indicated in paragraph 1 above are provided by the Seller 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Information about possible interruptions in the provision of Services will be made available on the website of the Online Store.
- The contract for the provision of the Service consisting in viewing the information posted on the Store's website is concluded for a definite period of time and is terminated when the Customer closes the Online Store's website.
- The customer is obliged to enter data in accordance with the facts.
- The "Account" service (available in the "Registration" and "Login" tabs):
- a) Using the Account is possible after completing the following steps: indicating the e-mail address, data indicated in the process of completing the Registration Form and entering a password consisting of the appropriate number of characters.
- b) The data that can be completed in the Account administration panel will be used to place Orders in the Store when completing the Order Form.
- c) The condition for registering and creating an Account is the consent of the User or the Customer to the content of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy and to the provision of personal data specified in the Registration Form.
- d) In the case of a Customer who does not have a website or a company profile on the Facebook social network, it is possible to create an Account by sending a request to the Seller's e-mail address to create an Account containing the following Customer data: name, surname, company name, telephone number.
- e) The contract for the provision of Electronic services consisting in running a Customer Account as part of the Online Store is concluded for an indefinite period and is terminated when the Customer sends a request to delete the Account to the e-mail address of the Online Store.
- f) When completing the Registration Form, the Customer provides a password through which he then gains access to the Account. The customer is obliged to protect his password and may not disclose the password to third parties.
- g) The account is non-transferable.
- "Online Chat" service:
- a) The use of the Online Chat Service takes place via the Messenger application and is available to customers who have an account in this application.
- b) The contract for the provision of electronic services that allows customers to contact the seller via an interactive tool is concluded for a definite period of time when entering the content of the message and terminates when you withdraw from completing the form.
- c) Start using the Service after clicking the Messenger icon, going to the application and entering the content of the first message.
- Service "Contact form":
- a) The contract for the provision of electronic services that allows customers to contact the Seller via an interactive form is concluded for a definite period of time at the time of starting to fill it out and terminates when the Seller replies.
- b) Using the Contact Form Service is possible after selecting the "Contact" tab, indicating the name and surname, telephone number, providing the correct e-mail address, filling in the message and clicking the "Send message" button.
- "Order Form" service:
- a) The Agreement for the provision of Electronic Services that allows customers to place an Order via an interactive form is concluded for a definite period when the Customer adds the first Good to the electronic basket in the Online Store and is terminated when the Order Form is not completed or the completed Order Form is sent. The Seller and placing an Order by the Customer (by clicking the button confirming the purchase and confirming the need to pay the price).
- b) The process of completing the Order Form is organized so that each Customer has the opportunity to read it before making a decision to conclude an Agreement or amend the Agreement.
- c) Placing an Order takes place after the Customer completes the next steps: after completing the Order Form, and then clicking the button on the Online Store's website confirming the purchase and confirming the need to pay the price - until you click the button confirming the purchase and confirming the need to pay the price, you can modify the entered data yourself. (to do this, follow the messages displayed on the website of the Online Store).
- d) In the Order Form, it is necessary for the Customer to provide the following data: name and surname (optional company name and tax identification number), delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), e-mail address, telephone number and data regarding the concluded Sales Agreement: Goods, quantity, place and method of delivery of the Goods, method of payment for the Goods.
- "Newsletter" service:
- a) The contract for the provision of the Newsletter Electronic Service is concluded for an indefinite period and is terminated when the Customer sends a request to remove his e-mail address from the Newsletter subscription.
- b) The User or the Customer may receive commercial information from the Seller (including about new products, promotions) in the form of messages sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
- c) The use of the Newsletter Service is possible after providing the correct e-mail address and after clicking the button confirming the order of the Newsletter Service.
- d) The User or the Customer may at any time, without giving any reason, withdraw consent to sending messages via the Newsletter service by sending the Seller a request to remove his e-mail address from the Newsletter subscription.
- e) The newsletter is sent only to persons who have subscribed.
- Complaint procedure:
- a) The Customer, in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the Service provided electronically by the Seller, is entitled to submit a complaint on the terms provided for in the Regulations.
- b) Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Seller and other complaints related to the operation of the Online Store (excluding the complaint mode of the Goods, which is described in § 7 of the Regulations), the Customer may submit in particular:
in writing to the following address: ul. Łukasińskiego 14, 41-506 Chorzów,
via e-mail to the Seller's e-mail address: chiara.poland@gmail.com.
- c) it is necessary for the Customer to provide the following information in the complaint:
circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint and the appearance of possible defects, e.g. the type and date of the defect,
defining the customer's request,
contact details of the Seller with the person submitting the complaint / Customer.
- d) the Seller takes a position on a given complaint immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
- The Customer to whom the Seller provides Account services, which are continuous and indefinite, has the right to terminate the service contract without giving any reason, with immediate effect. The exercise of this right will take place after sending a notice of termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services in writing or via e-mail.
- The Seller reserves the right to terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services of a continuous and indefinite nature with a 14-day notice period in the event of a breach by the Customer of the provisions of the Regulations.
- 4 Sales contract
- The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller takes place after the Customer has placed an Order using the Order Form in the Online Store.
- The condition for placing an Order is having an active e-mail account.
- The procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement in the Online Store using the Order Form is as follows:
- a) selecting the Goods by taking further technical steps based on the messages and other information displayed on the website (in particular, the selection of goods takes place by clicking the "add to the basket" button),
- b) filling in the relevant data indicated in the Order Form (detailing the data necessary to perform the contract): name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), company name, tax identification number,
- c) after the Customer has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed (the summary contains information on the description of the ordered Goods, unit and total price of the Goods ordered, including taxes and other fees, delivery costs and other costs, if any, selected delivery method, selected payment method, customer data),
- d) placing an Order is possible after providing the necessary personal data, accepting the content of the Regulations and clicking the button confirming the purchase.
- The Seller allows the Customer, via the Registration Form or via a message sent to the Seller's e-mail address, to set up a Customer Account. Registration by the Customer is one-time, voluntary and free of charge. The data provided during the Account registration will be used to process subsequent Orders.
- Immediately after receiving the Order, the Seller shall send a statement of acceptance of the Order by e-mail to the Customer's e-mail address provided during the Order submission procedure, which is also its confirmation. Upon receipt of the above message by the Customer, a Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
- The message summarizing and confirming the Order contains all the previously agreed conditions of the Sales Agreement, in particular the quantity and type of the ordered Goods, the total price to be paid together with the delivery costs and the amount of discounts granted (if applicable to a given Order).
- Consolidation, security, disclosure and confirmation to the Customer of the content of the concluded Sales Agreement (its essential provisions) takes place by making the Regulations available on the Online Store website and sending the Customer to the e-mail address provided, referred to in paragraph 5 above. The content of the concluded Sales Agreement is additionally recorded and secured in the IT system of the Seller's Online Store.
- In connection with the creation of an Account, each Customer has the option to check the status of the Order after logging in.
- 5 Order processing and delivery
- The delivery of the Goods is available on the territory of the Republic of Poland, other Member States of the European Union and outside the European Union and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer during the Order submission procedure.
- When placing Orders whose place of delivery is outside the territory of the European Union, you should immediately contact the Seller in order to determine the possibility of shipping and delivery costs to the location chosen by the Customer.
- Orders can be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, however, with the proviso that their implementation takes place on Business Days from 8.30 to 16.30.
- The delivery of the Goods to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The costs of delivery of the Goods (in particular, charges for transport, delivery and postal services) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Store's website when placing the Order, in particular when the Customer expresses his will to be bound by the Sales Agreement and in the information tab on delivery costs.
- The cost of delivery of the Goods may vary depending on the country of delivery, size (dimensions) and / or weight of the given Good or Goods.
- The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the Goods:
- a) Courier delivery,
- b) Cash on delivery courier,
- c) Pickup in person at the company's office: ul. Łukasińskiego 14, 41-506 Chorzów.
- The delivery time varies depending on the type of Goods - it is each time indicated in the e-mail confirming the purchase of the Goods. The date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer is from 2 to 7 business days, and in the case of personal collection, it is the next business day, unless a different date is specified when placing the Order. In the case of Goods with different delivery times, the delivery date is the longest indicated date. The beginning of the period of delivery of the Goods to the Customer is counted as follows: if the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer or via electronic payment - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account, and if the Customer selects the method of payment on delivery - from conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
- The exact date of delivery of the Goods upon personal collection will be agreed with the Customer individually, and then confirmed by the Seller via a message sent to the Customer's e-mail address. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller about the readiness of the Goods for collection by phone or via e-mail. Upon personal collection, in the case of availability of the Goods - the shortest possible waiting time is 24 hours, unless the Seller individually agrees with the Customer a shorter duration of the Order.
- Goods intended for personal collection will be available at the company's office for 2 working days from the day agreed individually with the customer. The collection can be made during the office hours indicated on the Store's website.
- The choice of the delivery method made by the Customer when placing the Order has a direct impact on the delivery time.
- Customers are allowed to deliver the Goods on Saturdays, after prior arrangement of such shipment with the Seller and payment of an additional fee indicated by the Seller.
- In the event of exceptional circumstances resulting in the need to make changes to the Order or the inability to complete the Order within the indicated period, the Seller will immediately contact the Customer in order to determine the further procedure, including, for example, setting a different date for the Order or changing the delivery method.
- When completing the Order Form and in the e-mail confirming the Order, the Customer is informed about the costs of the chosen method of delivery of the Goods.
- The Customer is entitled to cancel or amend the Order, but no later than until the Seller sends a message confirming the acceptance of the Order, by contacting the Seller by phone or e-mail. Cancellation or change after the expiry of the deadline is possible after agreeing with the Seller.
- Upon receipt of the parcel, the Customer or a third party authorized by him are obliged to carefully check the condition of the packaging (e.g. whether it is damaged, there has been no interference by an unauthorized person, whether the content of the packaging is intact). In the event of damage or other irregularities, the Customer is obliged to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and immediately notify the Seller of this fact. If the above activities are not performed, and the Product turns out to be defective, the Customer loses the rights under the warranty for defects in the item sold in connection with the delivery of defective Goods.
- The company reserves the right to extend the delivery date from the date of placing the order to 5 working days.
- In the case of contract productions, the Seller reserves the right to perform quality control by the Customer and submit any complaints at the latest on the day of collecting the goods personally from the Seller or from a courier commissioned by the Seller.
- 6 Payment methods
- The seller allows the following payment methods:
- a) electronic and payment card payments - payments made through the payment system:

- b) traditional transfer to the Seller's bank account (No. ………………………………., ING Bank Śląski S.A.) indicated in the "About us" tab, in the process of placing the Order and in the message confirming the Order,
- c) cash on delivery *,
- d) in cash upon personal collection at the company's office.
- If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer or electronic payment, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the message confirming the acceptance of the order by the Seller, specifying the total cost of the order together with delivery (from the date of the Sale Agreement).
- If the Customer chooses cash on delivery, the Customer is obliged to make the payment upon delivery.
- The Seller has the right to limit the available payment methods, and may require prepayment in whole or in part, regardless of the payment method chosen by the Customer and the fact of concluding the Sales Agreement.
- The Seller documents the sale of the Goods with an invoice. The proof of purchase is delivered to the Customer together with the Goods.
- A commission of 5% of the entire order is added to each payment made by PayPal. The amount of the commission is available for customer information next to the payment selection field.
* Payment in the DotPay system and the cash on delivery system apply only to orders carried out in Poland.
- 7 Warranty and complaints
- Bearing in mind the provision of art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code The Seller's liability under the warranty for the Goods in relation to the Customer-Entrepreneur is excluded, but the Seller may, in exceptional cases, consider a complaint of the Goods by the Customer-Entrepreneur.
- Upon the release of the Goods by the Seller to the selected carrier for the Client who is an Entrepreneur, the benefits and burdens associated with the Goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage shall pass. The Seller is not responsible for the loss, defect or damage to the Goods arising from its acceptance for transport until its delivery to the Customer, and is not responsible for delay in the delivery of the Goods.
- The seller informs that the photos presenting the offered goods are for illustration only. The actual appearance, in particular the color and structure of the material, may differ from the one presented in the photos due to the processing of photos, light or matrix in an electronic device.
- In the case of delivery of the Goods by a carrier, the Customer who is not a Consumer is obliged to inspect the shipment in time and in the manner accepted for such shipments. If he finds that there has been a loss or damage to the Goods during transport, he is obliged to perform all actions necessary to determine the liability of the carrier.
- The customer loses the rights under the warranty if he has not inspected the goods in time and in the manner adopted for this type of goods and has not notified the Seller about the defect within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods from the Seller, and if the defect emerged only later - if he did not notify The Seller immediately, but not later than within 14 days after its discovery.
- The seller provides the so-called Outlet merchandise. Through the Outlet, the Seller discloses and describes the defects of the Outlet Good or the use or repair of the Outlet Good (so-called Disclosed Defects). In the scope of the disclosed and described defects of the Outlet Good, the Seller is released from liability under the warranty.
- Before submitting a complaint and / or shipping the Goods complained about, the Customer is obliged to contact the Seller by phone or via e-mail. Goods shipped without prior consultation with the Seller, will not be picked up and the complaint will not be considered.
- In the case of Customers who are not Consumers, the invoice that must be attached to the complaint form is the document authorizing to complain about the defective Goods.
- The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of submission.
- The customer submitting a complaint is obliged to use the complaint form available on the Store's website, which includes:
circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint - the Goods and the appearance of any defects, e.g. the type and date of the defect,
specifying the Customer's request (requesting a method to bring the Goods into compliance with the Sales Agreement or submitting a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement),
contact details of the Seller with the person submitting the complaint / Customer.
- If the Customer uses a form other than the form indicated in the preceding point, the complaint will be rejected.
- The customer who exercises the rights under the warranty should deliver the defective Goods at his own expense to the Seller's address: ul. Kaliny 77, 41-506 Chorzów.
- In the event of damage to the package, both at the Customer's and the Subcontractor's, it is obligatory to attach a damage report. Only such a document entitles you to a possible complaint and refund for damaged or incomplete Goods.
- If, for example, due to the type of the Goods, its delivery by the Customer would be excessively difficult, the Customer is obliged to make the Goods available to the Seller at the place where the Goods are located.
- Returns of ordered goods do not apply to orders made on a VAT invoice with a tax identification number.
- In the event of exercising the right to a 14-day withdrawal period, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
- In the event of a return or complaint of goods, all shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- 8 The right to withdraw from the contract
- The Seller has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement concluded with the Customer who is not a consumer within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion. In such a case, the right to withdraw is granted without giving any reason by sending an appropriate statement.
- In the case of Customers who are not Consumers, the Seller may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services with immediate effect and without giving reasons by sending an appropriate statement.
- 9 Cooperation with external entities
- For each exceeded working day after the date of the production order completion date agreed in writing, the entity has the right to apply a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 400 net to all entities with which it cooperates on the basis of outsourcing.
- For each rejection of a service performed by entities with which the Seller cooperates on an outsourcing basis, after receiving an order for sewing / cutting or any other service that the entity performs, the entity will be charged a financial penalty in the amount of PLN 10,000 net.
- 10 Final Provisions
- Agreements are concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish or in English, depending on the language version chosen by the Customer, via the Online Store.
- The Seller respects all the Customer's rights under the provisions of Polish law.
- Disputes arising between the Seller and a Customer who is not a Consumer shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Seller.
- Amendments to the Regulations may be made only for important reasons, such as a change in the law, change of payment methods, change of delivery methods - to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of the Regulations.
- In the case of concluding continuous contracts on the basis of the Regulations (this applies, for example, to the Account service), the amended regulations bind the Seller if the requirements specified in art. 384 and 3841 of the Civil Code, i.e. the service recipient has been properly informed about the changes and has not terminated the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of notification.
- In the case of concluding contracts of a non-continuous nature on the basis of the Regulations (this applies to, for example, Sales Agreements), amendments to the Regulations will not in any way infringe the rights acquired by Customers before the date of entry into force of the amendments to the Regulations (including: amendments to the Regulations will not affect Orders placed or placed and Sales Agreements concluded, implemented or performed).
- The Seller is obliged to inform the Customers about each change in the Regulations on the website of the Online Store, at least 14 days before the entry into force of the updated version of the Regulations.
- The customer has the right not to accept the new wording of the Regulations.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended. ).
- The Regulations enter into force on .................................. 2018.
